Join me in my efforts to support Arthritis Foundation, Alabama Chapter!

This holiday season I will once again travel to Birmingham, Alabama on December 6 to tie bells to my shoelaces and dust off my reindeer antlers as I participate in the Jingle Bell Run/Walk® for Arthritis, a 5K fun run/walk to benefit the Arthritis Foundation. And YOU can help, too!

I know the economy is not good right now, but unfortunately Arthritis does not respect the economic situation. It just keeps on taking from its victims. Please, please dig deep in your pockets and make a donation for this worthy cause. Your gift is tax deductible and I will walk extra hard to respect your donation. ANY amount helps. My personal goal this year is $1000. Please help me make that goal.
